Booking terms

This is starter wording only. It should be reviewed before real business use.

Pre-booked transportation

Yanni’s AirportLink provides pre-arranged transportation services. Trips must be booked in advance and confirmed before pickup.

Vehicle and luggage

The service uses a Toyota Camry sedan and is best suited for light-to-moderate airport luggage. Customers are responsible for accurately describing passenger count, luggage, oversized items, and special requirements before booking.

Quotes and route details

Quotes may be based on pickup address, destination, optional stops, scheduled pickup time, route distance, toll preferences, and other trip details. Optional stops should be entered before the quote so they can be included in pricing.

407 ETR and toll routes

If a toll route is selected, estimated toll charges may be included in the quote based on the scheduled pickup time. Toll estimates may vary due to road rules, account status, transponder status, route changes, or updated toll rates.

Scheduling buffers

Bookings may be spaced with large operational buffers to maintain punctuality and avoid overbooking. Availability may be limited during busy periods.

Waiting time and changes

Extra waiting, late passengers, unexpected stops, or major route changes may require additional discussion with the driver before or during the trip.

Safety recording

For safety and accountability, trips may be recorded by onboard dash camera with audio and video. Recordings are intended for safety, dispute protection, and security purposes.

Cancellations

A final cancellation policy will be added before launch. For now, bookings should be treated as requests until confirmed.
